     Math - Complete worksheet 1.3 (both sides)
     Phonics - Practice reading and spelling the sight words from the back of the phonics lesson ( papers should be in red folder)
     Reading - Read the story Iris and Walter - Chapter #1

Wednesday - September 4th
     Math - Complete worksheet 1.4 ( both sides) and sheet on addition facts
     Phonics - Practice reading and spelling the sight words from the back of the phonics lesson ( papers should be in red folder)
     Reading - Read the story Iris and Walter - Chapter #2

Thursday - September 5th
     Math - Complete worksheet 1.5 ( both sides)
    Reading - Complete worksheet on vocabulary words
    Reminder - Tomorrow is school picture day.  Please send in the completed form and payments if you would like to order pictures.  Although today is gym day, students should not wear gym clothing, but school dress code approved apparel for the school pictures.

Friday - September 6th
     Phonics/Spelling - Your child's first spelling list is in the spelling section of their HORSE folder.  You may review the words but please do not remove the sheet until after we have tested on these words. Homework on these words will begin on Monday. 
     Sign and return HORSE folders on Monday
